What to expect for your first visit

When you schedule your first appointment, you will receive a copy of all the required paperwork via text or email. To make that first visit the most enjoyable experience possible, please complete that paperwork and return it to us at least a day or two before the visit.

 

If you have any current x-rays from your previous dental office, please have those emailed to us at office@clevelanddmd.com. Taking care of all this beforehand will save you time that day and help us prepare so we are not treating a stranger.
