Financial and Insurance Information

Our office is “out of network” for all insurance carriers. We will file to any insurance plan except those that require you to be “in network” in order for them to pay. i.e. Dental HMOs and Medicaid plans.
 

We accept the following methods of payment:

 

• Online Payment Link for credit and debit card transactions

• Cash

• Personal Check

• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover- at this time we do not accept American Express)

• Financing through Care Credit (a commercial financing option that allows patients a monthly payment plan)
